Liz Cochran won the Miss Alabama Pageant 2009. Liz Cochran, Miss Alabama 2009 winner, 20-year-old dance and pre-med major at Birmingham Southern College received a $10,000 cash scholarship. The new Miss Alabama 2009 Liz Cochran will compete for the Miss America crown. On Liz Cochran being the Miss Alabama 2009 – “Oh, my goodness. I can’t believe it, The dream I’ve had since I was 12 years old has finally come true to be Miss Alabama 2009“.
